COMMERCIAL LINE
The Selling Company offers products for sale on www.principessaglam.com and www.principessaglam.it and carries out its e-commerce business exclusively towards its end users, hereinafter referred to as “Customers” or, in the singular, “Customer”.
PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT CARE
The delivered items may differ slightly from the images as our mix and match policy is based on the creative interchangeability of the elements to protect the uniqueness of the product, without however affecting its chromatic balance.
These items are all costume jewelry and as such must be treated with care. It is therefore recommended to take appropriate precautions to avoid damaging the items, including, for example, not wearing costume jewelry while exercising, washing your hands, showering, or bathing in the sea or pool. Do not spray perfume or other products containing alcohol or solutions with a harsh pH.

All items come with packaging.
All products purchased on the site will be shipped within 2-7 business days of receiving your order, unless otherwise specified in the offer. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays.
Items will be shipped to Italy via express courier.
The indicative delivery times are:
-Italy (Excluded Islands): 24/48 hours
-Italy Islands: 48/72 hours
-Europe: 48/72 h

You must return the item and place a new order. You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To authorize a return, please send an email to info@principessaglam.com with photographic documentation (front and back photos of the item) verifying the integrity of the product you wish to return, clearly stating the reason. Once the item arrives at the company and its integrity has been verified, a €12.00 return fee will be retained.
If you would like to use our collection service, we will organize and manage the collection, but a shipping fee of €6.00 will be retained.
If the product is found to be incorrect or damaged, the product will be replaced or refunded after testing and photographic documentation of the product, to be sent within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
PAYMENTS
Payment for purchases is made on the day of the order by credit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MasterCard), PayPal, or Stripe (MasterCard, VISA, VISA ELECTRON). If payment is made via PayPal, the charge or decline will be immediate. In accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, we do not store your bank details to ensure greater security in the processing of personal data. The Customer is required to record and print the payment data if they wish to retain the details of their banking transaction.
SAFETY
The websites www.principessaglam.com and www.principessaglam.it use Stripe/PayPal for credit card payments. Your credit card information will be sent to Stripe/PayPal via a secure server using 128-bit SSL3, the highest security standard for sending sensitive information over the Internet. The SSL protocol is issued, certified, and guaranteed by VERISIGN.
The system operates simultaneously on two levels of security: 128-bit SSL3; protects the transmission of your data from your browser to the PayPal server, making it unreadable to third parties. Verisign; certifies with a Secure Server ID that it is actually communicating only with the PayPal server. Therefore, credit card data is processed exclusively by PayPal for the necessary checks to authorize the online payment.
Glam di Maria Teresa Giannella & C. sas., therefore, will not have access to credit card data, but will only manage the Customer's data (name, surname, address, etc.) necessary to send the products to their home.
